Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • No stains, damage, or odor

Limited Edition pieces may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Limited Edition drops (unless defective)

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Accessories (caps, tote bags, etc.)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

If the size is unavailable:

  • Store credit may be offered

  • Or refund as per policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share unboxing video & images
    We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
